Dustin, our own little rockstar

I was looking through all my pictures from being at home for the last couple of months and I stumbled upon this treasure. I believe it should be shared.

Dustin came home and was utterly appalled by how much junk is on YouTube. Not wanting to disappoint the general public he made his own movie to go onto YouTube as well. It never quite made it there, so this will have to do for now.

Happy Birthday!

I recently reached the age of 19. Looks like next on the "to do" list is find a husband. Tayla is working 24 hours a day 7 days a week on finding me one. She is shocked and amazed that I could have been to an entire semester of college and still be single. We all love Tay.

End of the semester

In my Construction/framing systems lab at school we build a scaled down model of an actual house. We worked on it all semester, one day a week for 2 and a half hours, and a couple other days to catch up. I was in a group of 2 while everyone else had at least 3 people in their group, but it looks like 2 was enough in our case. Neither me or my partner had room to take him home with us, so we had to leave him there, but it is ok our professor told us that he would find a home for all the orphaned houses. I felt like I was leaving my first born child though. :( I did give him a name before I left, Cleon Constance

If you look closely at the roof you will notice that we were very ready to just get our grade and leave. It takes much longer to sheet a roof than I ever thought it could. I think we completely assembled and sheeted the front part of the roof in about 10 minutes. It should have taken us much longer than that......

As you can tell no one should hire me to build them a house just yet, maybe someday though.

Sunday Night

Being at home for the Thanksgiving break means I can play with my best friend again! Yay Tayla. We had a very fun sunday including sharing her blanket in sacrament meeting, because, yes it is still freezing at church. We took picutres later that night, not at church do not worry we were being very very reverent during church, these are a few of our favorite!

Early Christmas!!!

I came home for my Thanksgiving break to a wonderful Christmas like surprise. My father spoiled the Santa Claus secret before I can even remember. Turns out he also believes in celebrating Christmas before Thanksgiving also.


She is a Subaru Legacy 2.5 GT and I love her so much. A name has yet to be decided, any good suggestions would be appreciated and taken into consideration.

First time?!

Being alone at college I feel very distanced from most all of my family, and I thought it would be fun to join the blogging world so I could perhaps keep in touch better with everyone

I am up at BYUI obtaining my much needed education. My apartment is the same apartment complex that two of my aunts stayed at (anyone know who?) Rumor has it though they were both in room 304. I guess maybe I should have requested it or something, I got put in 303, which is turning out to be an amazing adventure.
